Real AI leverage, without giving up control.

We hold a simple belief: organizations deserve real AI leverage without giving up control of their data. Founded by ex-Big 4 consultants, we kept seeing the same trade-off. The teams with the most to gain from AI, in healthcare, financial services, and PE-backed operating companies, were the ones who could least afford to send sensitive data to a public cloud. The tools on offer asked them to choose between capability and control.

We built this practice to remove that trade-off. We design AI that runs on infrastructure you control, keeps sensitive data inside your perimeter, and only reaches a frontier model when it is safe, minimized, logged, and genuinely adds value, with you deciding where that line sits.

Today WCG pairs senior, practitioner-led consulting with private AI engineering. Private by design, hybrid when it helps, and model-agnostic, so you are never locked in.
